For Parents
Teach Important Personal Information
Ensure that your child knows your full name, their full name, address, phone number and other emergency information.

Give "The Talk"
Parents of African/Black students must have "The Talk" with their children that informs of police brutality and unfair treatment in society.

Teach Their Legal Rights
Students should know their legal rights to keep people accountable before infringing on their right to exist and pursue happiness.

Teach Situational Awareness
Not only does your child need to be aware of stranger danger but must also understand how to identify when they are being molested. It often occrs at the hands of people your child trusts.

Ensure Reading Fluency & Comprehension
The reading fluency and comprehension levels of students are reaching crisis levels. In order to combat this crisis, parents should have students read to them every night. Preferably from your holy books to impart morality instruction.

Impart Good Behaviors & Etiquette
Before our young boys and young girls begin to hate each other as adults, we must teach them how to treat and respect each other early.
